We invite you to join us in celebrating – Lithuania’s Restoration of State and Independence Day.
This year’s celebration theme is “Lithuania’s Ethnographic Regions.”
Doors open at 4:30 PM, and the program begins at 5:00 PM.
During the evening, we will hear a presentation by Zita Petkus—a longtime member of our community, the first editor of Tulpė Times, the founder of the dance group Lietutis, and the current instructor of the Lietutis senior group—entitled: “Celebrating the Lithuanian Community and Dance: 45 Years of History in Seattle.”
After the program, there will be a shared potluck.
Guests are invited to bring their favorite dish.
Ticket price: $25 (adults 18+); children attend free of charge.
